My name is Terry Woodson and like so many other internet affiliates, I spent months desperately trying to make money online.

I never had problems earning a living, but in January of this year, I got laid off from my job of 15 years. My whole life changed. I had to take on part-time jobs just to get by. I knew the internet offered other people opportunities in making money online, so I thought I would try it.

The Obvious Started To Happen.

I found software to buy, programs to try, reports to buy and read, and spent more than I wanted to. In fact, I couldn't afford to buy anything! So, I signed up as an affiliate at Linkshare, Commission Junction, and a bunch of other online advertising channels.

After several months, I had only made a little money back from what I had already spent. Still in the hole, I could not buy anymore tools and just stuck with affiliate marketing the best way I knew how. But it became obvious that it wasn't going to work.

I Tried eBay & Failed.

At the time, eBay was the "in thing" to do and after speaking to a couple of my friends who had sold things that way, I decided to try it.

At first, it worked out pretty well and I made a little money. And even though it wasn't exactly something to get overly excited about, at least it was a little income. And any income was good!

However, after a few weeks, things began to go downhill. One of the biggest issues was that I was still spending more than I was making with advertising products to sell. Plus, eBay got such a large part of my profits, it just didn't seem worth it.

After too much time and money went by, I finally gave that up to keep from going broke.
